Gourock Parish Church

This project was always going to be a challenge from the very beginning as the existing plant room was in the church basement with the only access by a metal ladder. After much discussion it was decided to utilise a small store room as the new plant room behind the main hall.

Mariners

This contract was replacing 4 Hamworthy boilers with new high efficiency boilers and pumps again when the home was fully occupied and operational.We also installed new Thermostatic valves into the 40 flats attached to the home at the same time as refurbishing the plant room.

Prestwick

We were contracted to Design and install all plumbing, heating and gas systems including sprinkler system to this 70 Bed Care Home in Prestwick.

Shotts Carehome

This was a new extension that we were contracted to install a new plant room and supply and fit under floor heating throughout the new extension.

St Pauls

New boilers were installed in the basement after existing boiler was condemned.
